HO HO...... OH NO SANTA!

Today we went on our annual outing to the Downtown Seattle Nordstroms to see the "Jolly Old Elf Himself" - SANTA!!!!!!! It is a major commitment for those who choose to make their holiday pilgrimage to this particular department store. Sometimes the wait can be as long as 3 hours. We pass the time by chatting with other insane, yet loyal parents, and Santa's elves keep us happy with hot cider and cookies. It is always worth the wait!

Audrey:"Olivia are you ready for this?"

Olivia:"Ummmm.....ready for what?"

 

 

Still waiting, but getting closer!

We're next!!!!!!

"Guys I'm not so sure about this!" (This could be a thought from either Olivia OR Santa)

And so the screaming begins.

Once we got her upset sister out of the way, it was time for Audrey to tell her Christmas list to Santa.

And tell.......

And then show the list to him just to make sure that it was well ingrained into his brain.

"Thanks Santa"

"Yeah, thanks a bunch Santa"

Overall it was exactly what I had expected. I didn't think that Olivia was going to enjoy it as much as we wanted her to. Ah memories!
